What stage of EV5 right now?

I don’t know to be honest , what is the one of the 7 special units mean? Would you mind to let me know ?

There are 3 types of EV5.
• type 1 - 3+1 rooms. Launched first. Mostly on the right of the map of EV5.
• type 2 - 4+1 rooms which launched a month later. Mostly on the left. Yours is type 2 if I am not mistaken.
• type 3 - 4+1 rooms with larger layout of 22”x90” and with courtyard in the middle. It’s is located in front of the maze garden and only 7 units available.

Mine is Type 2 - 2404 sqft. No courtyard in the middle and infront of the Maze Garden - only 6 units . There are 7 units which also across the Maze Garden.

Anyone have news on the proposed gated and guarded proposal at EV2? I saw that they are building the guard house now...

every day u will hear noisy noise form the airplane

hear the noise from aeroplane? yes.
noise is disturbing and affecting our livelihood? personally, no. I haven't heard other residents complaining much about it too.

Yes, SDP is building it free, estimated to be ready in 2-3 months.
Residents are to pay RM120 monthly security fees.
As usual some paid some didn't.

is this the first commercial lot for elmina series?

this will be the first to be completed commercial lot serving both elmina and neighbouring subang bestari?
