Nope QoS is disabled, boxes are empty.

I only used QoS few times before, Back when I was on 30Mbps unifi.

I think you better do a full reset of the router.

Make sure you know your unifi login, wifi password and setup the VLAN tagging first.

Read some weird case where NAT acceleration isn't automatically re-enabled for 850L after QOS is used and only reset can somehow fixes it (without touching the QOS after reset).

I was surfing some unifi sites (not sure why so many?) and came across this (www.unifi.co).

The advanced 30Mbps @ RM139 is still eligible for turbo i.e. 300Mbps later? But this is without STD20.

Is this an official package?

be patient, more package such as 300mbps and 500mbps will be available by middle or end of 2019.

it is official. they have said if u sign up before dec 31, u get turbo "in 2019".

300, 500, 800 packages are not available right now.

but everyone knows they will be available when more less all existing have been turboed.

Did anyone tried to go terminate their Turbo'ed packages, not those who are bringing the red maxis form to inform TM of terminating the Unifi service but retaining the BTU for Maxis Home Fibre?

I realised some people who walked up to the termination booth to terminate their existing streamyX or Unifi with the intention of going to Maxis due to not opting for the RM79 Unifi Basic or RM129 Unifi Lite packages got offered a special price that are not listed on the official Unifi pages.

I see some of them getting asked to sign a piece of paper that is written customer retention form and they are offered a somewhat "special pricing" that is written on the paper based on their existing packages that are priced above the Unifi Lite packages.

Did anyone experience the same? I hope this don't turn into another Maxis tailored plan fiasco again.

That would be the best route as i believe they allow you to upgrade during contract but not downgrade.

From what i understand, any existing upgraded Turbo package users now are being told they will not get back the same "special package" if they opt to downgrade to Unifi Lite for cheaper pricing and they will be locked in a new 2 year contract.

It sounds like they are trying to milk their customers to the max even after the MSAP took effect.

i having issue on my Unifi TV. when playing the STB provided by TM, the screen feel a bit laggy but the sound is ok. But the speed is ok. is the LAN cable problem or the STB problem ?

I applied for RM 79 package and was told there will be a RM 100 installation fee

Got sms turbo-ed for unifi biz 500Mbps, Kota Bharu area. Still waiting for Personal account RYE 2017 to be turboed

That's normal if you're a new installation. The system isn't going to install itself for free.

Not sure what type of Normal you are referring to.. perhaps you are using a VVVVVIP system yourself..

check the FAQ that stated that Standard Installation and Activation Fee is Waived
