RM189 is 100Mbps user they all entitled 800Mbps but TM only give 500Mbps.
After next billing they will pay rm159 exclude SST (299-200+60).
RM189 should get 800Mbps + full Tv channel + 600minutes call

Which is why don't just fully rely on them. Have to put in more effort~

Yup. Same like mine too. After a week my mcmc report didn't assigned to anyone yet.

While 2 of my TM report they closed without updates. The worst part is they remark in the system has called me but I didn't pickup the phone so they closed the case. doh.gif

I lodged MCMC and CFM report on the same day, only CFM has responded, but they pass me back to MCMC. I told them I did lodged a report with MCMC, then they promise will come back to me. But until I got my turbo, no news about the come back at all...

I guess as a TM consumer, we have no choice but to bug them everyday, which I did after I feel that MCMC & CFM have not really taken any action...

Well, I learn the hard way. Few of my earlier report was closed as I didn't put my request clear enough. Then I demand a proper call from them, again report was close. Reason given was email has been send to me with explanation in it. Which I totally didn't receive at all, nor TM can prove they really did email to me.

So I lodge more report and demand a CALL from respective department. Report still being closed, but this time got receive email with scripted reply, pilot phase, selected user bla bla bla...

The last round, I lodge report with MCMC, and CFM. Next day walk into TM Point to demand sign a retention letter, but CS over there offered to send email directly to turbo department to expedite my upgrade. Back home and create a report from live chat. Then keep on following up with live chat everyday...

Though I feel like is not as aggressive as Mr Mike~ tongue.gif

I guess TM customer service getting worst. Last time they attend any case almost immediately but now really doh.gif

I just lodge third report today see how it goes. If they still close my report without any update, I will lodge a report every day to MCMC/CFM until they solve my issue.

Unbelievable. I receive a call that was suppose to be Unifi number but 2 rings and the line was hung up.

Might as well not lol. 2 rings before they hung the phone up. I didn't even get to answer it. God knows what the call was about and if it even pertains to the turbo upgrade.

Well I always get this kinda problem with TM, said wanna call then no call. Since streamyx day until now. When I go call their CS, they said they already call me but no one answered. No miss call watsoever. If miss call, confirm our mobile phone will register it. So this one time, I got friendly with one of the CS, after digging, he broke the secret.

So like us who sometime need to wait in line because CS were busy bcause of too many people wanna complain, CS who assign to call us need to wait in line, its the same. So when they call, they couldn't connect to us because the line were busy on their part, but in their system it was register as "Attempt to call". Some lazy CS also just call us for 1-2 second just so that call register on their part. Thus their job are complete. That is what he told me. bangwall.gif

a brief "report"... for those interested...

.. live chat 12 days ago.. asked why i as long time customer 100mbps not turboed yet.
.. was told priority for houses; others wait till sep 2019.
.. i said to the staff... "i live in a house".
.. she made report to "escalate".

.. today, got turboed, received sms.
.. but can't get 800 with LAN; only 6xx with TPlink1200; 5xx with asus rtac1300uhp; UL 20x ok.
.. will do more tests, report and see what they can do.

paying rm179 with STD20, ultimate.

Well, I guess they screw up their own system. Don't simply announce to the public when you are not ready/certain about the details.

Look at TIME, I really envy those who stay within their coverage. Always offer the most reasonable price, and the way they implement their upgrades...

Back to TM, being the largest ISP in Malaysia, yet when ask when can get what they promised, only entertain consumers with scripted reply. But when come to monthly payment, they magically know what will happen if one delay the payment...

TM, is time to wake up!!!

It doesn't happen to me when I'm on streamyx but until recently only notice their customer service didn't do their job properly sad.gif

today got upgrade after log complain to expedite turbo upgrade because pay high price compare with my colleague that already done upgrade to turbo on friday.....Wifi still acceptable at 300Mbps because still using DIR850L i guess..

Guys...I just got my speed upgrade from 50 Mbps to 500 Mbps 3 days ago with speedtest showing average of 450Mbps. Now I check speedtest again and it showed only 100Mbps. I felt like I kena conned by TM cry.gif ranting.gif vmad.gif . Anyone having a similar issue?

Hard to get 800Mbps on those two routers. It is probably capped by the router's hardware. You need a router with better hardware.

Another thing could be that the Spectre mitigations is affecting your speed. Try doing speed test in safe mode with networking.
