Yup.. Just keep reopening them and keep records of each opened and closed tickets.. Put all into a report and inform the relevant authorities to step in.

Hard to get 800Mbps on those two routers. It is probably capped by the router's hardware. You need a router with better hardware.

Another thing could be that the Spectre mitigations is affecting your speed. Try doing speed test in safe mode with networking.

really? i thought these 2 shud be ok...?

from page1:

The router that is provided by TM for recent installations is usually TP-Link C1200 v1 (Pic), or D-Link DIR-850L (Pic), and more recently for new installations, the D-Link DIR-842 (Pic). All these router will be able to support gigabit speed (up to 1000Mbps) via WIRED connection ONLY.

i called them was told the tplink can do - they will send someone to check, and show me!

i am curious what i am missing... unsure.gif

Ohh..ini macam lah, the iptv programme seem not interested to us, not worth for me to add on..thank you all ya
*
No need add.. just log in unifitv apps in your device (phone or tablet) and screen mirror it to your tv using google chromecast or mirascreen.. cost wise cheaper than to pay rm720 just to own a STB..

It should be okay, but as I wrote in my post, it is either the hardware or the router or PC that is limiting your speed. Theoretically it should be okay, but real life not really.

Wired or wireless? If wireless, you need a better router. If wired, yo have to do own troubleshooting.

Just change C7 to C5400X, finally can enjoy 500mbps now!
Average wireless speed is 400+ mbps but able to get max speed also, previously C7 average only 250mbps

C5400X has crazy wireless coverage especially 5ghz, no more repeater now rclxms.gif

Any recommendation on router to fully utilise the 800mbps. As I don’t have those routers to test. Wired yeah most of the time 500-700. Random. Wireless sucks around 170-310
