Yup. Same like mine too. After a week my mcmc report didn't assigned to anyone yet.

While 2 of my TM report they closed without updates. The worst part is they remark in the system has called me but I didn't pickup the phone so they closed the case. doh.gif

Well, I learn the hard way. Few of my earlier report was closed as I didn't put my request clear enough. Then I demand a proper call from them, again report was close. Reason given was email has been send to me with explanation in it. Which I totally didn't receive at all, nor TM can prove they really did email to me.

So I lodge more report and demand a CALL from respective department. Report still being closed, but this time got receive email with scripted reply, pilot phase, selected user bla bla bla...

The last round, I lodge report with MCMC, and CFM. Next day walk into TM Point to demand sign a retention letter, but CS over there offered to send email directly to turbo department to expedite my upgrade. Back home and create a report from live chat. Then keep on following up with live chat everyday...

Though I feel like is not as aggressive as Mr Mike~ tongue.gif

I guess TM customer service getting worst. Last time they attend any case almost immediately but now really doh.gif

I just lodge third report today see how it goes. If they still close my report without any update, I will lodge a report every day to MCMC/CFM until they solve my issue.

It doesn't happen to me when I'm on streamyx but until recently only notice their customer service didn't do their job properly sad.gif

Update on my wrongly upgrade package. Today I received a sms from TM

RM0.00 Msg frm TM:Dear Sir/Madam,we have escalate your complaint to respective team and found that in order to Turbo Speed Upgrade 2018, the team need to maintain the amount that you have to pay. Hence, the only available highest turbo speed that match the discount that customer could have is 500Mbps.Tq

First they give us discount, now they wanna limit the upgrade speed.

Apart from what fruitie was told, this seems to be another indication that they are going by price when you get 500M instead of 800M. So it does not mean its infra problem as some users were told as an excuse. Their previous offers and promos ended up in so many variations in the RM169-199 price range. Now they are using that to select the turbo speed given.

I don't see this is the correct way to standardise pricing now. At least they should inform the customer and give a choice to customer either to pay same amount and stay same speed or add certain amount for high speed. Furthermore, is their promise to turbo our plan to 800mbps sad.gif

I just saw my latest bill. I'm still paying rm179 but for 500mbps and I have made 5 TM reports and 2 MCMC reports still no respond from TM yet.

Only after the speedtest is completed I check my UniFi account in TM's website and saw my account was upgraded from 500Mb/s to 800Mb/s
