Try think of that from no of users perspective.
UMobile can come out with their own packages as the access providers only provide them the wholesale bandwidth.

An extremely poor performance unit, try update to latest firmware (HG8145V5V500R020C10SPC195), if still the same, turn it to bridge mode & get yourself a decent router, don't waste time on this.

Anyone tried to contact the customer care to see if it is possible to request for public WAN IPs?

I gave TIME a call today and they said will get resolved today. Now I am back to 192.228 IP smile.gif

Hi all, I am thinking of subscribing to TIME 100Mbps through the website. Just wondering, if is it worth paying extra for getting the router upgrade from the WiFi 5 router (HG8145V5) to the WiFi 6 router (HG8145X6)?

*Sorry I am new to this, hope to understand the benefits and evaluate whether it is worth getting it upon subscribing. Thank you!

is there something wrong with malaysian internet recently?

I'm on TIME, speedtest says my speed is perfectly normal for my plan, but facebook loads slowly, especially the videos and reels (many of the reels stops loading halfway)

Mine also feels very slow. Run diagnostics, said no fiber reading detected and ask me to raise ticket, but raising ticket also failed with error.
