I am getting 161.142.x.x these few days
I have done virtual server/port forwarding via router website and when I check the port via yougetsignal it says closed (it was opened before)
How can I port forward now?

I remember back in 2018 when other ISPs announced their reduced price and TIME hasn't yet. And later it turned out that TIME reduced the price of 100 Mbps from RM149 to RM 99 which beats all other telco all these years until recently

I hope that TIME will do the same this time

Weird. I call TIME today and said when browsing EU websites it is very slow. The officer checked my connection say no problem, and say nothing wrong.

I said "has TIME received any similar complaints?" which she responded "No."

I asked for the second time and said "are you sure?" which she responded "Yes, they haven't heard any complaints about EU slowness issue"

She basically just shrugged me off

Looks like normal call wouldn't make them take this seriously

I am on 200Mbps, initially on CGNAT (161.142.xx something like that). I requested to change to non-CGNAT and they change for me. My IP is now 202.xx
In the request I said "I don't want CGNAT, can you change for me?", took about 2-3 days

TIME down? Penang Jelutong area, down like 30 mins ago

Edit: called 1800-18-1818 and it was mentioned that having issue until ~6:30 a.m. in the next morning

yes, still slow. The same issue happened months ago but afterwards it was good, until yesterday night
