Just reset port with live chat. Speed is normal again. Just felt weird since suddenly only got 300Mbps when downloading from gdrive and steam. I already power cycle my modem/router a couple of times but still capped at 300Mbps hence i asked here. Anyway just got solved. Thanks everyone.

I am on 500 Mbps plan.

I am getting Public IP, no issue.

Able to access all my IPs from Internet and old technology CCTV.

Hmm.. seems like it is only impacting 100Mbps plans now, and yea I needed public IP for the old-tech CCTV I have also
and since the WAN IP assigned is in the 10.x.x.x space, it is disrupting some LAN routing as well.

but sadly i don't even know if my future home has TIME or not, VP in about 5 months time.


got some questions:

if i want to change account name from wife's name to mine, will we still get the loyalty programme offer?

if we take on this programme and renewed contract, can it be terminated if our new home does not have TIME? (high rise)

any additional cost for changing service address?

Not sure, finished contract I guess. Offer to renew contract.

But gonna have to pass on it since I have no idea if TIME is coming to my new house. Cant risk penalty 500. Unless can get someone to take over ownership

Im using 100mbps package, hg8145 set to bridge mode and PPPoE dial with my own Asus router

Same as mine. Seems like today only my IP is behind CGNAT. 100mbps.

I am getting 161.142.x.x these few days
I have done virtual server/port forwarding via router website and when I check the port via yougetsignal it says closed (it was opened before)
How can I port forward now?

Or the 1gbps plan will not be offer to TIME infra users, only offered to Allo infra users.

What happen ths time always disconnection ? Always turn off the button and on will connect, report the customer servics still useless. Think will report the SKMM
