May I know can I connect my desktop to the free mesh wifi from Time using LAN cable?

i saw xiaomi wifi extender can connect other device like TV with its ethernet port

Out of the blue the internet was down and noticed ONU no power.
Cross-check found out the power adapter has failed, currently using the power adapter of EC440 (upgraded to XD4) on it because I cannot afford any downtime.

Is there a warranty for the power adapter? It has been working fine for 3.5 years.

Hi, I don't quite understand this T&C. Frist sentence says you can't redeem free device, next sentence says you can.. Can someone explain to me?

PS: I wanna sub to the current promo 500Mbps and downgrade IF I find 500Mbps overkill

Install on 2-9-2022.
I though it will start on 2-9-2022 until 2-10-2022 for first bill.
But now it show like this. 9th of the month start count?
Install on 2-9-2022 but start activate only at 9th Sep?

Yes, 9th of the start billing.
Some cases need to adjust when to start billing.

When you have used TIME for at least 12-months, then you may check your selfcare portal for the devices upgrade option.

This is prorated charges (no of days used from activation to bill date).
TIME Fibre Home Broadband 500Mbps (09/09/2022 - 08/10/2022) 139.00

Yes, only pure ONU (without routing function, eg. hg8240H/hg8240h5) carries lifetime warranty.

Hi, just leave your DNS column empty or select "Use Peer/Service Provider DNS".
