Sit down & relax, wait for the Installation smile.gif

P/S :
-- Prepare power socket extension.
-- Get yourself some ideas where is the location you want to place your router, which area in your house is the critical areas that you want to have best performance.
-- Prepare yourself with the preferable cable route, and with some options.
-- During Installation, ask the SI what is the Fibre Reading before plug into the ONU (aka Fibre Modem).
-- During Installation, your Archer C1200 (if so) router is loaded with Firmware Build 20180502 rel.45702

Thanks.

Thanks.

The router given is Archer C1200?

Mine is apartment. I guess there is no cable routing required.

Hi, which plan did you subscribed to?

For cable is fibre cable need to lay over the wall in your premise.
Either go through ceiling or through floor area there.

Thanks.

Hello, only the router can be changed.
Do let me know if you need recommendation of routers.

Thanks.

Yes, I need recommendation. I mean is there any configuration needed for stock modem.

Condo unit but master room only around 70% signal.

Hello, may I know what's your budget?

Thanks.
For Huawei Modem, you don't need to do anything.

For Router, you need to get the PPPoE details ready.
For ID should be XXXX@timebb.

Thanks.
*
Any recommendation? Budget up to 1000.

Out of the blue the internet was down and noticed ONU no power.
Cross-check found out the power adapter has failed, currently using the power adapter of EC440 (upgraded to XD4) on it because I cannot afford any downtime.

Is there a warranty for the power adapter? It has been working fine for 3.5 years.
