It work for a few hours and then internet gradually become slow again. Aih should have ask them to come and check the infra on my building. They had me go through the standard steps of unplugging and replugging the LAN ports, fibre cable tightness check etc. In my case, the LOS red light didn’t go away. So they told me that a tech team will come over tomorrow. You should call/live chat with them to get the tech team to come.
