Hi, intermittent disconnection does happen to TP-Link Archer C1200 router, there are ways to minimize this occurrence even though cannot 100% get rid of it.
Or better if possible, replace the stock router.

Thanks.

May I know what ways to minimize? I've been having random disconnections as well. Hella annoying.

Thanks.

What router are you using? Could be a router issue if it is the TP-Link C1200.
*
D-Link DIR-882. They did all the settings.

Verify is it an issue with the router. DIR-882 is a reliable router.

If your LOS light is blinking red when you face disconnection, it is an issue with TIME infra at your location.

I just moved the router. Time people put it on top of Unifi modem. Stable so far. Two hot hardware stacked together is not a good idea.

Wanting to install time ideally by next week. How long does it usually take? Any agents here to help me out and with the rebate? My condo says it is in coverage.

Hi,

My April bill will be due tomorrow (15/05/2019), but somehow I can't pay it, since I currently on overseas for work for 1,5 months, and only can back malaysia in 2 weeks. Is it my account will suspend tomorrow or I still have until next month to settle my bill?

like usually un*f* will give 2 months to settle the bill without suppend the connection.

Thanks.

WTA... If bill (not payment due) date is 5th of every month, when does TIME charge the registered auto-debit card? Before or same day? Also, if they try to charge and got an insufficient funds or whatever response, do they give notice and retry the next day?

Ah.. As long as it's after the bill date, giving me time to inspect the bill and ensure my BP card has sufficient funds... It's okay. Thanks.
