How about terminate and apply again? If you apply thru their official website you will get RM100 rebate for first month.

I guess both options also need to contract but atleast the latter gets u RM100 rebate. Maybe you can contact Time to request for contract waiver

mine is consistant 500kbps. it will not exceed it which makes me suspect that there is a cap

FYI, here is my result on 100Mbps plan from your magnet links. Peak at ~12MB/s which is almost at max package speed bandwidth. Don't think time cap the speed, must be something wrong on your side/torrent client/configuration.

Hi, confirmed no problem on capping.... managed to reach highest at one time 12.1MB/s, following 10.1MB/s & sometimes 8.6MB/s.

Try to bypass your Router & perform a test by direct connection to the Huawei ONU.
