It seems like the firmware applies to Non-TIME D-Link DIR-882.

Do wait for the firmware upgrade as bro jjj2 mentioned.

Thanks.

Hi. Mine is version 1.0.0 Build 20180502 rel.45702 (EU). Mind sharing the latest firmware with me?
I can't use the TIME's Check Router page as it will say I keyed-in my account number wrongly even when i have keyed-in the correct one. Thanks.

Hi, one way of doing it is via the manual way, where you need to login to your Router to do it.
http://192.168.0.1/userRpm/firmwareUpgrade.htm
Make sure you have the latest TIME firmware ready on hand.
Also, let us know which version of your current firmware you are running before proceed with the update.

The other way you can go to https://time.com.my/updatemytplink

Thanks.

Does TIME customer service always this bad?

I raised 1 ticket on 29th October and it is still open till now.
I emailed them on the 4th (which somehow got tracked in the ticket system) and it is still open.

My issue is not related to the Internet connectivity but rather my "The Star ePaper" subscription that I opted through TIME many years back.

Cannot, because TIME don't have VLAN Tagging.

And also Hypptv box got MAC Address with TM.

Thanks.

If you mean the default UnifiTV on the STB? Where can.. How to work.. However, if you mean watching content using the account for the playTV@unifi app that's available in app stores? Then yes, as that one isn't tied to any particular device and or network..

Hi. There won't be a problem when you use Asus RT-AC68U.
It is definitely better than the TIME stock router.

The stock router able to get around 200 - 300Mbps maximum on Wi-Fi.

Thanks.

Need some advise. My condo only have coverage for Block B and C but mine in block A not available. My block are separate with different management with B and C. Went to management office only found out that they don't have a plan to bring in fully fibre. They are concern will affect the current Unifi and Maxis users after the upgrade.

Normally how the TIME installer pull the fibre cabling into a condo? TIME will sharing the existing line with Unifi or they install their own fibre in MDF room?
Any charges do JMB need to bear for the upgrade? TIME also request JMB to send in the proposal and my management don't know what kind of proposal or document they want too.
