Hi. Try to restart the router and ONU.
Are you using the stock router from TIME?

Need some advise. My condo only have coverage for Block B and C but mine in block A not available. My block are separate with different management with B and C. Went to management office only found out that they don't have a plan to bring in fully fibre. They are concern will affect the current Unifi and Maxis users after the upgrade.

Normally how the TIME installer pull the fibre cabling into a condo? TIME will sharing the existing line with Unifi or they install their own fibre in MDF room?
Any charges do JMB need to bear for the upgrade? TIME also request JMB to send in the proposal and my management don't know what kind of proposal or document they want too.

Hi. TIME don't share existing line with Unifi as TIME is using its own infrastructure.

I'm not sure about the charges.

Our expert jjj2 able to assist you with the charges and proposal thing.

Thanks.

Hi,

Apart of Autorised Disti & SI, we are working in project field partnering with providers to bring in the infra & service into a particular development.

We need to see the actual site layout in order to further advise on the infra.

For this FTTx project like yours, there is no sharing of incoming infra between TIME & others providers. Sorry we are not allowed to openly discuss on the criteria & requirement, please do check my pm.

Thanks.

It's just short period of time or wont be resume/unblock in the future anymore?

I'm curious why this happened all of a sudden...

I've no idea on the block decision, you will need to write them an email at cs@time.com.my

Thanks.

Anyone know if the recently released TP-Link Archer C6 is reliable enough to support TIME 500Mbps over wired?

I know it's only AC1200 over wifi, but I'm not too concerned, as long as the LAN connection over the Gigabit ports and the overall reliability is as good as the more expensive C7.

You're are using the cylinder type?
I think that router is not stable enough.
Some of the forumer here said after restart only can get the Internet back on.

Guess what, even 1G over wired LAN is possible. Tried and tested.

Not sure how it will handle when having a lot of devices connected tho. But on 3 devices, 1G is definitely achievable.

If you want to read more details, check my review.

I heard about the lack of USB Port.

I have read your review about Archer C6.
Over 5GHz can achieve more bandwidth than C1200?
Mostly here mentioned maximum 300Mbps IRL on C1200.

Thanks
