Does TIME customer service always this bad?

I raised 1 ticket on 29th October and it is still open till now.
I emailed them on the 4th (which somehow got tracked in the ticket system) and it is still open.

My issue is not related to the Internet connectivity but rather my "The Star ePaper" subscription that I opted through TIME many years back.

I am already an existing TIME customer and I would like to add another TIME internet connection for another house.

How do I request a new service connection? Is it via Self Care or I have to apply from the TIME website? Will I get to see 2 accounts under my Self Care portal?

Also is the promo eligible for existing customer like me?
