There’s a fibre wall socket. The same similar fibre you see on the pole is used to connect to your house fibre wall socket. Then the usual white indoor fibre cable from fibre wall socket to the ONT.

Glad to hear that they’ll terminate the outside cable to the wall socket first instead directly connecting it from outside to the ONU.

Is the white indoor fibre from wall socket look like this?:

Yes. The fibre wall socket will be outside your house. Outdoor cable is quite a stiff cable, so not easy to use indoor.

Your advice is always appreciated, buddy. OK, will keep an eye out for BT10 during the coming 12-12 sales.

BQ16 a bit overkill, your thoughts?

Just want to share my latest experience with Time.

I subscribed 600mbps package and am recently out of contract. No more rm10 monthly rebate, only the rm2 auto debit one left. Chat with CS, same answer as others here, no promotion for my account. CS said need to wait at 20 months to see whether got promo or not. So when i recall my last contract extension, it was only for 12 months, so i think their system will only trigger promo at 20th month which usually appalicable for those under 24 months contract.

Since i'm happy with Time, and CS also said no restriction for me to terminate and re-sign up again for new user promo, I did terminate it yesterday with an effective date on 8th Jan 2026. At the same time, I browse their website to sign up again and checking when is the earliest date i can have installation again but did not complete the process. In less than an hour, someone from Time HQ called (that is what shown on my phone truecaller') and offering me the RM99 promo for 600 mbps plus one month free. So instead of just RM40 rebate for the 6 months, it will be 1 month free + 5 months rm40 rebate. Today i received an email already with the new account login and information on what i have subscribed and the installation will be on 8th jan too.

Here are the whole promotion that was given by the caller.

* 600Mbps: Free for the one month, RM99 (excluding tax) for months 2-6. Price reverts to RM139 per month (excluding tax) thereafter.

* 200Mbps: RM99 (excluding tax) with one month free.

* 1Gbps: RM199 (excluding tax) with one month free.

* 2Gbps: RM379 (excluding tax) with one month free.

All packages come with a 24-month contract. So if you still want to use Time after contract running out and get some rebate or device, maybe can use same way as mine

Since I'm from Unifi, they offered me 600Mbps for the 'discounted' price of RM89 for the 10 months. 'Free' for the first month.
Price will revert back to RM139 from the 11th month.

indeed, if u are to continue to use it, no harm to be on contract to pay lesser.
