QUOTE(squall_12 @ Apr 23 2025, 03:53 PM) Did u experienced disconnection at night? Just for a minute. Check the logs. If so, then they might have upgraded the equipment at ur location. Happened to mine but I set the bridge mode myself. So it could’ve reset when the new OLT pushed the config. My fibre reading improved after that. squall_12 liked this post

I was informed by a Time agent that I could apply for a 600 Mbps plan at RM139, with the first six months free. After six months, I could request to downgrade the plan to 200 Mbps; however, the two-year contract would restart. I wonder if anyone has tried this.
Initially, I was thinking of subscribing to the 200 Mbps package and upgrading the router to Wi-Fi 7 (for better coverage), with an additional one-time payment of RM99. |

Buy your own router, even a cheap RM300 WiFI 6 router will be faster than the TIME free router |

Hi just to confirm, I currently have 2 HG8145X6 and it seems to support EasyMesh?
So I can buy something like a TP Link AX53 to be the main wifi router, then use the additional HG8145X6 as a mesh node? So basically HG8145X6 as modem => AX53 => HG8145x6 mesh node? This post has been edited by joevo2: Apr 25 2025, 03:48 PM |

It's RM40 rebate on each month for the first 6 months, and RM139 on the 7th month onwards. The Free 6 months promo only counter offer when you wish to leave. No point getting this...go for your own WiFi6 Router will be good enough, at least for now. |

QUOTE(ChenKaiWen @ Apr 28 2025, 12:29 PM) Dun know. No update given from them.I contacted CS live chat to report the problem. The CS said they will sms me when there is update to the outage. But in the end also nothing. I only know the service is up by the messages from my apple homekit and my Linksys routers. Totally no idea what happened that caused the service to be down and how it was fixed. This post has been edited by westlife: Apr 29 2025, 06:05 PM |
