QUOTE(jjj2 @ Mar 13 2025, 05:21 PM) I had accept the promo so the RM10 off will show in next month's bill? This month I pay the old amount right because the bill already generate out on 9 Mac.

QUOTE(ChenKaiWen @ Mar 17 2025, 02:45 PM) Just wanna add on. I changed bridge mode myself and when TIME upgraded their equipment, it will revert back to Route Mode, causing you to lose internet. Hope this will help, if they ever upgraded equipment in ur area. Yup, they will push a new config if they perform any changes at OLT level as your ONU provisioning profile is not bridge mode. Better to get TIME to do it properly at their end. This post has been edited by blacktubi: Mar 17 2025, 10:09 PM

You may login to the selfcare portal to downgrade, no contract reset.

Will 200mbps enough to support simultaneous streaming of 4k video content from 2-3 people without lag? What about the latency for multi player games, good enough to play without high latency?

Thanks. Thinking of downgrading from Unifi 500mbps to cheaper package Does anyone know whether the wifi routers that comes with Unifi package usable with Time fiber modem as my current Unifi wifi routers are paired (1 at grd floor and another on 1st floor which is just nice). I understand that Time 200mbps only come with a single wifi router. If you constantly jump around / skipping, it will struggle a bit and have some buffering.

QUOTE(westlife @ Mar 4 2025, 02:53 AM) yes, i am on 600Mbps plan. I signed up time back in Dec 15 2023 when I first move in to my current rented apartment unit. That time i opted for 500Mbps plan (which is now free upgraded to 600Mbps) becos it has 6 months special price of rm99 and free one month subscription due to online sign-up. and comparing to the 100Mbps plan (which is 200Mbps plan after the free upgrade), it gives 2 x wifi 6 mesh units. I was on unifi using my own wifi 5 mesh units on landed previously. So i tot the wifi 6 mesh should be good since they are newer and given I moved to apartment unit, the 2 x wifi 6 mesh should be decent to provide better coverage and speed comparing to my old wifi 5 mesh units. but obviously my expectation was wrong which the 2 x wifi 6 mesh given by them did not perform as my expectation. The latency is high which is bad for my mobile game play and coverage is also nothing better than my wifi 5 mesh. maybe becos the free wifi 6 units are all dual-band units while my wifi 5 mesh are all tri-band which make the difference. so once my contract ends on 15 dec 2025 i want to switch to a cheaper plan instead. what modem/router are you currently using?

But you can connect cable for better speed and latency tho. TIME installer will charge extra service fee if you want them to set up your own router.
