The TIME calling app has been discontinued. If you want to call, u need to buy a DECT phone and connect it to the ONT.
*

You connect 2 right?

You have one number or two numbers?
Normally the secondary is optional.

I have same problem but using the Time Voice App, thinking it was because they are discontinuing the app.

Have you tried to contact support? I noticed in my selfcare page my account has "Restricted" status but when I asked CS they told me it is due to upgrade and can be ignored. I will try again after i get a DECT phone from office.

Have a check on your ONU/ONT whether the Tel1/Tel2 indicator is stably light up. Try reboot your ONU/ONT.

My Umobile Home Fibre contract only ended around next year March. I am thinking of terminating it and change it to Time 200Mbps RM99/month. Since Umobile already gave me wifi6 Huawei routers, I guess I do not need Time's free routers, which mean i can opt for not being tied with contract, am I right?

Hi, may I know if the early termination penalty for Time is only RM500, or are there additional terms and conditions? I googled around and found that some penalties remain for the contract.
Which router is better between Unifi and Time?
I'm currently deciding between a Unifi 100Mbps and a Time 200Mbps subscription. From what I understand, Unifi is cheaper at RM89, but the price will increase to RM99 once the contract ends.

Thanks

Anyone having issues with port forwarding not working

setup

1. time device in bridge mode
2. have my own router to handle PPPOE, DHCP and Wireless

If I remember correctly it was working before, I move to a different house and asked time to move my existing subscription, after that port forwarding is not working anymore

Update on my inquiry after further investigation.. seems like Time Internet is on double nat

based from whatsmyip.com my ip address is 161.142.146.xxx range which shows it is owned by Time

but my router shows my ip range is 100.67.104.xxx with gateway 100.67.96.1

Don't know if it's because of my area (where I moved last December)

Guess i'm fk'd

I'm on the 500Mbps plan but I think they gave free upgrade so I think it's 600Mbps plan now

Is that possible? Request to be moved to public ip? How long does it usually take?

It's been silently CGNAT-ed... if you are on 600Mbps & above plans, do give a call to the CS & request them to switch back to public IP.

Yes they ahve revised the contract for premature termination which results in penalty of remaining months.
Which router is better between Unifi and Time?
Both also not up to performance. Though, time 2Gbps plan router, Huawei HN8245X6, is a better option.

If you opt to go for No Contract plan, then there is a OTC of RM400/650/800 to be paid.
