Hi Bro, yes it comes with 2.5Gbps WAN Port.

Model : HN8245X6S-8N-30
Specs :
3 x 1G Ethernet ports
1 x 2.5G Ethernet ports
2 POTS port
1 USB port
Dual-band 4x4 smart gateway
2.4 GHz & 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6
802.11ax (4x4 MIMO)
PON (fiber upstream)

So far we have not received any request to turn into bridge mode, but if yes, we can help customers to turn that into bridge mode.

QUOTE(tango1800 @ Apr 23 2024, 01:30 PM)
I've been a loyal TIME subscriber for almost 10 years.
I am now paying RM139 (excluding SST) for 500mbps, and they recently boosted to 600mbps for free (which I do not need)

However, I also found out that there are some TIME subscribers who are paying RM109 for 300mbps, and they were boosted to 500mbps for free recently
Hence, I called Time and requested them to match this offer - RM109 for 500MBS, they told me there is no such thing and they refused to match this offer. The manager by the name of S***** sounded quite cocky.
I told her I have proof (official time invoice) to show that there are indeed people paying 109 for 500mbps and then she backtracked and told me some nonsense stories about some contract bullshit.

Instead, they offered me to downgrade my plan to 200mbps for RM99.

I am really disappointed with how they treat their loyal customers like this by prioritising newer customers with lower prices.

Well at least you got free upgrade.

Did you already set the 2 in 1 router/ont into bridge mode?
You can ask CS to do that for you

Also I think time might use VLAN 499

In this case your AX20 is running in AP mode. Not Router. This is not recommended as the ONT given (router) is poor in performance.

let me try to see if i am doing something wrong or what

Got multiple calls today from TIME regarding this issues (due to my MCMC complaint).
They say they are currently flooded with complaints but cant do much due to the submarine cable problems.

My questions why Maxis and Digi obviously have managed to secure better routing was just answered with a chuckle…

So yeah; I will see for another 1… max 2 weeks and expect substantial improvement in lse I just change.

Weird. I call TIME today and said when browsing EU websites it is very slow. The officer checked my connection say no problem, and say nothing wrong.

I said "has TIME received any similar complaints?" which she responded "No."

I asked for the second time and said "are you sure?" which she responded "Yes, they haven't heard any complaints about EU slowness issue"

She basically just shrugged me off

Looks like normal call wouldn't make them take this seriously

Meanwhile, my friend had a problem with discord connection. Called them and they said because submarine cable broken. But doubt that causes discord in Singapore to be affected.
