Anyone can login to unifi and open care@unifi apk? Seem like major maintainance now.

zzz and i thought no news for 10Mbps to get 100Mbps haiz. TM called me yesterday after giving zero rating on their live chat and told them i want my speed upgrade by next week. haha same answer but I explained them that my infra is using FTTH and can use 100Mbps package since they requested me to wait for turbo instead of getting the RM129 100Mbps since i'm only paying RM99 for 10Mbps haiz. They forward my issue to TM HQ so i hope ada faster response now.

Who created it again? Can they see what's the problem or Is it TM side problem?

Tried but forced me to wait zzz. Pushed TM so many days already. My area can apply but they told me to wait for turbo because of contract. haiz Paying RM99/mth for 10Mbps zzz

Finally! after talking with one of the TM customer service, i asked them and he said that "U want to get the turbo upgrade maintain same price? Current Price 10Mb is RM99. Turbo upgrade same price." Obviously I said yes and explained them about the FTTH infra and told him it supports it. Open unifi website. YOUR ORDER(MODIFY) WAS SUBMITTED. STATUS: PENDING. weeee

I got a staff contact from TMpoint since he was willing to help me for my unifi. I kept whatsapping him on coverage and unifi turbo. I'm surprised that today he told me that I could get it and told me the T&C. The staff is from TMpoint Batu Lintang.

He explained me on the pricing on my package and current contract. He told me after turbo upgrade same price for 2 years since my contract has discount and will revert back to RM129/mth after that. So basically, I'm on the new unifi pro plan for RM129/mth.

Well I just got turboed. haha XD

About 96% of the speed. Using DIR-850L and turned off the wifi feature. But i use the Archer D7 as an Access point for wifi since the wifi specs is better and getting about 97.4Mbps for download. May consider getting a better router soon but I think if i can save and use it at it's max speed. I think i don't really bother. The archer D7 cost me like RM400 that time and feel that it's a waste to change it haha

Well, I'm getting the max speed but I think it'll take some time for it to get a bit higher since it has just upgraded.

Huh, this is interesting. My account got Promo discount perpetual and Promo discount RM60 now. I was just curious and ask TM live chat. They said that it's fixed price after turbo upgrade. So I'm paying RM99 for 100Mbps?

Nope. They didn't change. They told me the price is fixed at RM99/mth after turbo. Sorry for the late reply

Lol, I do torrent movies but from YIFY lel. They're okay for downloading movies. To me, Torrent movies only comes in when the DVD is released. so it's like so long to wait for one movie to be released. No need to fuss about it XD. I'm just looking back at the old comments ever since i talked about my package and doing torrenting XD
