What router did TM give you? If current model, should be ok for 800Mbps on LAN. Wifi, likely your device is the bottleneck.

actually they don't care, i mentioned the same thing with live chat support yesterday, that it is not fair to us, guess what he reply to me? He said "he don't even have streamyx and unifi on his area....", is he means that it is even not fair for him? damn, what is the point to telling me this? he don't have unifi means he is not paying higher amount for slow speeds, and not annoyed by TM arrangement on turbo upgrade and unhelpful support staff, ...

It is still better than me. I only get 140mbps max. Asked them , they tell me it is normal.

Nobody in the right mind will ask for that. They provide turbo, so they should provide the router too. Yes they didn't charge, but they do this instead of reducing the price of plans for most of us right?

I talked to the technical assistance, say if tm change the equipment once the testing phase ended, so those who bought their own?

Here's the kicker, the router they provide is fully able to push 800Mbps if you stand beside the router and use the right equipment.

If you stay in a bigger house and have a lot of devices connected, get your own wireless router.

Yesterday I went TM with my friend to change 129 100m plan. Because I see many here get turbo after change plan instead. I ask him to try. To my surprise, today his plan got turbo instead of being 100m. Is it just coincidence of tm trying to keep ppl away from changing plan so turbo them quickly when they change plan? I have yet to confirm with My friend what will his price be yet, he is on 50m yesterday for 179. From thank you surprise .

in user perspective, 800mb need to achieve on their devices.
They dont really care what the technical difficulty from their end, they know they paying, they want to get it.

They didnt ask for it, but they blame tm for not able delivery their promise and the services they SELLING.

i think the router they provide were just decent. its all about moneyhhh. yup yup some people prefer reduce price than speed upgrade

Anybody newly subscribed the 100Mbps rm129 plan? Any idea what is the latest router model TM will provide? I ask the CS, she said they have many models currently. depending on the installer agent and stock.

Went to tm point yesterday ask for downgrade my existing 100mbps with paying rm 199 to 100mbps rm 129 but the stuff told me still under contract not allow me downgrade is that true if under contract not allow downgrade my plan to rm 129? But both plan look alike

Noticed in the thread that a few forumers getting the boost to 800mbps.

Mine is still capped at 10mbps.
