Nobody in the right mind will ask for that. They provide turbo, so they should provide the router too. Yes they didn't charge, but they do this instead of reducing the price of plans for most of us right?

I talked to the technical assistance, say if tm change the equipment once the testing phase ended, so those who bought their own?

Yesterday I went TM with my friend to change 129 100m plan. Because I see many here get turbo after change plan instead. I ask him to try. To my surprise, today his plan got turbo instead of being 100m. Is it just coincidence of tm trying to keep ppl away from changing plan so turbo them quickly when they change plan? I have yet to confirm with My friend what will his price be yet, he is on 50m yesterday for 179. From thank you surprise .

I just changed my plan to 30Mbps @ RM79

There is no meter nor indicator on the login portal. How do we know there is no 60gb limit ? Has someone tested and confirmed ?

That is better. The D-Link DIR842 is more stable.

24 months contract and no new routers

did you downgrade or sign up new package?

Just chat with TMnet regarding downgrading to 100mbps... they told me the 100mbps package doesnt have hypptv anymore? Only can watch hypptv on mobile device instead of TV vis STB...

Anyone can confirm this???

yesterday TM came over to my house , change the router since the speed already upgraded to 300mbps ...  they used dlink router forgot what model , keep on loosing signal & no signal at all when ever online via wifi downstairs , perfect signal upstairs due to the router not that far for most of the room there ... previously i can online at any part of the house without problem using asus router

I got sick and tired waiting to 800mbps turbo, today went to TMpoint and changed my plan to current 100mbps package advertised on their website.

Waited for 40 mins, settled in 10 mins, account updated after 2 hours.
Save RM70 a mth moving forward.

None of my devices can touch 800mbps on wifi so no point to invest in new expensive routers.

I'm paying RM 232+ montly for 500mbps + Unifi TV Ultimate.

Planning to get my own router. Looking at TPlink or Tenda, dono which to get.

My home cable using cat5e, having additional 2 access point. To maintain 500mbps, I need to upgrade 2ap and 3 wifi adapter.

Very dilemma. But my house use internet quite heavy also, plus got 6 IPcam running all time.

Any advise for me ?

50mbps was not enough but I think 100mbps should be enough.

They ask me to go tmpoint for downgrading, cannot do it on call or livechat....as you know the queue in tm point....

TM changed my router to Archer C5. Wired Speedtest to Cyberjaya showed 504Mbps while via wireless my Redmi Note 3 showed 284Mbps. I'm on 500Mbps. I guess good enough for now since I'll be using the wired connection to my laptop

TM gave me a new router (D-Link DIR-842) when I downgrade my package to RM129. Installer just came over the weekend to pass me the router.

However, BTU still using the one since I subscribed to VIP5.

Like my case, even complaint to MCMC, tm did not give the reasonable price for 50mbps. They offer me RM129 for 50mbps and contract will be reset to 24 months. At the end, I rejected the offer.
