did TM roll out all upgrades to all existing user already?

Guys, I’ve recently installed a 100Mbps Unifi, and apparently was charged RM260 for installation.

Technician said he used 30meter of cable for the non-standard wiring on top of house, calculation of the bills is correct but I dont understand how it reach 30 meter? The location I set for the Unifi and outside is quit near (5meter).

funny when i log ito unifi now i can only see my old copper line - the unifi account is gone. maybe because i complaint that i want a discount or fast-tracked upgrade or i go and "upgrade" to the 129 plan? anyone has their unifi account visible under http://unifi.com.my/?

TM has turbo-ed my speed to 500mbps but I'm receiving only 250mbps max even on my 5Ghz network. I'm suspecting the BTU might be bottlenecking. Can I ask TM to replace a newer version of BTU since mine was many years ago.

Router: Asus AC55UHP
Range Extender: TP-Link RE450

Tested on iPhone 7+ right in front of my router as I don't have any gadgets with Ethernet port at the moment.

Just registered for the Unifi to be installed, so would like to know beforehand before the installation. 

my unifi suddenly no connection, on lan 1 got light, the rest all dark. Called technician, they're coming around tommorow.

Would this be due to line or modem ? thanks for sharing.

currently paying rm189 for 100mbps... if downgrade to rm129 for 100mbps now, will i still get any speed upgrade or turbo later/next year???

Really confusing. Im currently on 8MB streamyx paying RM89/month, applied for Unifi 100MB 2 weeks ago, but they gave me 100Mbps lite, is that mean im getting 100Mpbs at RM89? I really hope so ..

Btw, beside the different of naming & path of getting 100Mbps (new registration or upgrade from 10Mbps lite), is there any difference in term of what we are getting in the package?

Ya correct, before turbo roll out they got mention no blacklist/no outstanding will be eligible to get turbo upgrade.

Mostly those ppl using autopay which link to their credit card.

Some pages ago, someone posted similar to your case but got price reduced to RM129 for 50M. A couple of others also posted they got RM179 30M reduced to RM119. All because cannot support higher speeds like yours. Maybe try another TMPoint. These people telling different things to different users.
Does it include free voice STD20 after your upgrade? Check in customer portal. Because the new RM129 100M includes it. Yet another way different users get different package for the same price.

Also, how long more was your contract?
