I place a order from one seller from shopee name superpro8391. when i try to contact seller thru via shopee chat and i got auto reply from seller. it wrote will ship the item during mco within 2~3 days. After a few days, i try to contact the status but seller didnt response so i decide to cancel my order since no progression were make. 1.my money didnt get refund

Contact Shopee CS via Chat, under Help Centre and see
