Write a ticket to Shopee CS yesterday night & received reply today. They suggesting me to wait the item arrived, if damaged/faulty/incomplete/wrong product then asked me to click on return. LOL. They not even trying to understand the situation. I wrote very long, they reply just like that. I even share screenshot chat with the seller saying that he will not accepting refund thru Shopee. Only sent back after gave 5 star

yup, my previous issue was like that. level 1 CS only give template answer. after that I gave them a call instead to escalate the issue to higher level.

Seller i bought from hasnt online for 8 days. Gonna click cancel purchase.

If i bought using online banking, they will refund back my bank directly right? How many days?

I think depends on the seller & courier. e.g. I order from a quite good rating seller from China with <xxx>.my name also. I presume they register local .my (correct me if I'm wrong)

4-Apr Saturday I placed order and fully paid.
8-Apr Wednesday status updated - Shipped out as advertised into overseas sorting centre (China)
Tracking 9-Apr Your parcel is shipped from our overseas sorting center
Tracking 11-Apr Saturday [Shah Alam DC]Your parcel has been received by sorting center fuhhhh lucky keluar kastam
Tracking 13-Apr Monday Your parcel has arrived at destination hub
13-Apr I received delivery of the item at noon.

The estimated delivery from Shopee system is 19-Apr

So I would say depending on seller & courier in China + Malaysia, it can work pretty well even under MCO when ordering from China.

The above is just one example. Recently I placed quite a few orders from local MY and China delivery. Touch wood, so far all no problem, all arrived within expectation. A few still in progress as ordered later.

One thing I notice is from processing To Ship, it can take 3-5 days before the status change/updated. Seller back to back order ? Or waiting delivery guy to come pickup from seller's home/shop/office/warehouse ?

Hahaha. I will request for return to try my luck saying that seller still shipped even I request to cancel. Attached my chat with the seller. Either way, I already lose the money. Not going to gave seller 5 star & losing my money. Rate 1 star & lose money sound better. But if CS on side with me (not putting any hope) then I'm getting my money back.
