Today the question is answered. So this is what happened i think, normally last time if you do EPP, they will charge you on statement date, instead the day itself when you make purchase.
From what i think, they probably changed that SOP and start charging the purchase day itself. (this you have to confirm with bank CS itself).
This is what happens when you ask for refund for EPP on Lazada:
I got charged once on purchase day (20th march), second time on my statement date (25th march), and third time the remaining outstanding of my total (1st april). after that i got back the refund in full (6th april).



Shopee credit card installment refund is very troublesome. I cancelled my order and waited for 14 working days, still not received my refund. Contact shopee agent via live chat and told me need to provide credit card statement from day of purchase to the day after 14 working days.
The latest cc statement not generated yet and I have to wait for another 10days. So frustrated and I called bank directly to ask them any refund from Shopee. I was told no refund but the customer service help me to contact Shopee and get my refund next few days.
Lesson learned, I should contact bank directly in future, hassle free.
