Hi guys, one question. Recently I bought an item but the item took a very long time to deliver. So I raise refund and got the refund. But now item arrived. Is bank transfer to seller directly the only way? As I have cashback for this order

hey guys,
I place a order from one seller from shopee name superpro8391. when i try to contact seller thru via shopee chat and i got auto reply from seller. it wrote will ship the item during mco within 2~3 days. After a few days, i try to contact the status but seller didnt response so i decide to cancel my order since no progression were make. Few days later seller rejected my cancellation. i wrote email to shopee team and they say will assist me and got response from shopee it say seller has shipped out the item but when i check the tracking No from courier website, it not available tracking no, we keep trying.
shopee email sent content if we ignore the email case close and we try to response back to shopee by mail and unbelievable shopee mail is full.
try to call the call center, no response.
shopee's customer service running away from inquires.
1.my money didnt get refund
2.didnt get any parcel
3.fake tracking no
Does anyone knw what shld i do now ?

hey all, i wanna buy personal hygiene stuffs, like shampoos, colgate. I heard Watson is extremely slow during this period. Any reputable sellers/shops that can send pretty fast?

is ur order shown as To Receive or To Ship? If To Ship mean the seller has not ship out, if To receive, it might be stuck at JnT.. mean it is not fake tracking..
and it shouldnt auto receive if the tracking number yet to shown "Delivered".. so, u should be able to click "Refund"

Just doing another shopping spree with SHOPEE.. But when i pay with CC, the payment just went through without any MSOS code verification.

Is this new?

maybe they change payment vendor need keyin back msos just toup shopee wallet than msos code no need

Wanna ask here, I bought a few things from shoppee. One of the sellers was taking their time to ship out, lets call it kedai A. I bought some card games from A for the kids. I know MCO all delay but A keep ignoring my messages which wasn't helpful at all.

I request a refund, cuz slew. Package still processing & has not passed to courier. I assume i Have the right to cancel, right? So i did it, i asked for refund. Really don't want it anymore. Kiddies can survive without another card game.

A replys me the next day @ noon. Imma ship ur goods this week, please cancel ur cancel. By evening, A cancels my refund request and pass order to courier/posman.

Can A do that? I feel like a noob now. i thought if the parcel has not left the store yet, its reasonable to ask for a refund especially when A didn't communicate, A didnt ship yet & Im no longer interested anymore.

Still tho I bought a lot of things from shoppee, never a bad experience like lazada. Just salty, A is gonna get my money if Shoppee say nothing wrong. I made a ticket to shoppe, see how.

Today the question is answered. So this is what happened i think, normally last time if you do EPP, they will charge you on statement date, instead the day itself when you make purchase.

From what i think, they probably changed that SOP and start charging the purchase day itself. (this you have to confirm with bank CS itself).

This is what happens when you ask for refund for EPP on Lazada:

I got charged once on purchase day (20th march), second time on my statement date (25th march), and third time the remaining outstanding of my total (1st april). after that i got back the refund in full (6th april).
