For Poslaju, u can call them, so far their CS still answer call and lodge a complaint case.. but, i believe ur one will be delivered within this week..

Today 2 from Poslaju. Expected 4 but 2 didn't manage to make it into the van. One each from JnT and GDex

17 - 18 - 20 J&T
15 - 16 - 20 Poslaju
15 - 17 - 20 Poslaju
14 - 18 - 20 GDex

Poslaju is definitely getting slower. I suspect ppl trust them more and tend to choose them over the others when they have a choice like at Shopee.

U should check your email usually they will email to u..

Your refund is not deleted but they just "cancelled" it because they think u should wait the parcel to reach. Why they "cancel refund" is because the system does not have option to "extend refund" so they will cancel your refund and inform u via email (usually) to submit refund again after few days.

What u need to do is just submit refund again and the process goes again and again until your parcel reach, or unless or evidence about parcel lost then they will approve refund.

Just press extend guarantee if u have not, and press refund before guarantee end.
If seller press "dispute" then u will go thru the cycle like i mentioned above.

What number you call? I called 1300300300 and the call just get disconnected after the automated voice message.

Im confused...
How J&T take back the product? If they take back means u did not sign and it should not be shown as delivered. How supplier refund to u? Why supplier deal with u? Did u mean "seller"?

Impossible. Why would J&T take back the parcel? Unless u mean they deliver other ppl parcel to you.
Courier WILL NEVER collect back parcel due to seller post wrong product.

Seller personally refund cash to u or thru Shopee? I dont think seller will refund if they did not receive back the product.
So in that case i guess seller received product and refund to u?

First time i hear refund can hilang..mine all still show in system.

I call the 03 number which is for ppl calling oversea... but, i think it link to the same to 1300... But, now i can't find the full 03 number...

Yes . J& T delivered other people parcel to me . The original parcel was wrapped in courier bag -----with my address on one side . On the other side was the correct customers address .

The for whatever reasons ------- another courier bag was used to wrap ORIGINAL courier bag ---this one only had my address on it .

I was really fed up after waiting 14 days ----and since my dispute already closed ----I called Seller and demanded REFUND . They refunded me .

You don't have to trust me . Just PM me and I can have the ID numbers and details to you . You can check whether any Shopee personnel contacted me in within those 14 days

Mine also stuck since 16 & 17 and then there's no longer update. Not longer ask for refund because i think Pos Laju got delayed during MCO and higher volume now probably.
Your overseas parcel will definitely get a longer delay la.
Just extend guarantee until later.

Anyone here tried to buy RM10 Milo on their Shocking Sale? I tried twice, today 12:00AM sharp was my second, when the count down timer reached 12:00AM, the page will refresh on it's own, I clicked the 'buy now' button, and it returned with 'out of stock'.. I mean, it was 3 seconds the most, but 10 sold, so, just want to check if anyone succeeded in purchasing.
