if u topup via credit card, then u can't. u will be banned. if via bank transfer, u can transfer all to ur bank account.

how to chat with shopee? seller haven't send my order for more than 10 days & never respond to chat. when request for cancel they deny it.

if I'm not mistaken, sellers are given until 5.5.2020 to ship out regardless then u place d order.
