Anyone able to get hold of Shopee customer service as of recently? I have tried their livechat but always giving "None of our agents are available and you're out of our active hours" or something like that, then I haven't been able to get them on phone either, I have been put on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up few times. My problem is that two of my parcels going to the same address has not been updated for more than 5 days.

After you submitted Request For Return/Refund, how many days later did you get your item?

I have problems redeeming the RM5 top up mobile coupon and also the old town toast. Previously can select the coupon (Shopee Garden vc) and buy it without any cost but recent ones cannot redeem, keep buying and cancel due to not able to use voucher to offset. But the vc still in my vc list. Will wait further days n see.

I got request refund because have not reached and seller dispute it because pending at courier.

anyone experience return before? want to know does Shopee reimburse the delivery fees? received damage item, told seller and asked for return and refund but went to courier (J&T) and shock that the delivery fee is RM13, which already equivalent to the item's price... wonder who will bear the return delivery fee?

guys, refund is completed because seller did not response after returning the item to them and the refund already credit into my ShopeePay.
now who bears the shipping fee to return the parcel to seller? after the refund completed a week ago, until now no any updates on the return shipping fee?

As a buyer what do you need to do is:
1) Request for refund for this order before Shopee Guarantee ends. Check "When and how can I apply for a return refund?" for more information.
2) After the seller requested you to return the parcel, you will be given an option to print your return waybill and pack the parcel to ship back to the seller. Check "How do I return my items using Shopee Free Return with Poslaju?" for detailed steps and guide.

seems only Poslaju return is free didn't aware of that and used J&T to return where the fees already move expensive than the item

Yes, you can. If one seller is RM40 shipping and the other is RM19, you'll need to use the RM40 shipping voucher. If both are RM19 then RM19 voucher is good enough.
