You or someone have to write to Customs or Finance Ministry to clarify this. I think most would not do it, because it's only RM25 and a one-off thing. From third SST billing onwards, it will be 1 year from the previous SST bill.

I did write to Customs to seek clarifications, but that's for something else that's not affecting almost all the people here.

Check out the link from penguin yesterday. I remember card upgrade have to pay. By right, check if benefit outweighs SST charges. In this case, you only get travel insurance (and I've read, special call number for Platinum card holders).

Went to Card Center Gardens during lunch asking for my amex replacement to the new contactless card, hoping can collect it later today was told it takes 2-3 working days now, coz they upgrading the system. Cant even promise for tomorrow collection.

I did wrote to custom on the actual charging method for cases like this even though I didn’t apply any additional card with mbb n their approach stop me to do so, unfortunately, no one reply.

Have to wait loh. Once I wrote to them, they did reply - 1 month later. Now that I digged back my mail, their response wasn't favorable to me. I was GST'd before GST kicked in.

My email was more than 1 month ago, i sent them in Sep18, no reply n i gave up...

Can i know what they responded to u?

They just explained to me that I was taxed 6% under GST. My transaction took place in Mar 2015. GST was Apr 2015. No one really cares. Overtax is not illegal, undertax is illegal. That's why some people prefer to overtax.

My younger siblings tried to applied this maybank 2 gold card from maybank card center somehow get rejected by the bank
I wondering, is it possible that I bring my siblings go to maybank card center to sign up a supplementary card for him?
The things I concern is he just get rejected by the bank, so if sign up a supplementary card for him is it will rejected as well?
As he is a fresh graduate, or should I sign up the supplementary card from other bank that I have other than Maybank?

no prob, you can sign up any supp card for him
for mbb, you can even do it through maybank2u, just need his IC upload if i remembered correctly, nothing else

from your discussion, my understanding is if i have existing m2c cards, i apply new maybank signature card, the new card expiry month will follow the existing m2c cards??
