Through MAE can. Select your card from the Cards tab, click "View Transactions". By default the dropdown is set to "Transaction History", click it and change to "Pending Transactions".

If both accounts are yours then ask them to link it for you under one. They probably keyed in your ID Wrong back then or created another customer ID for you when setting up.
