BigPay now accepts cash top-up via 7-Eleven in Malaysia

To top up by cash, just visit your nearest 7-Eleven, enter the amount of cash you wish to top up in your app and select “Cash at 7-Eleven” as your top up source. At the moment, it only accepts top-up amount between RM20 to RM250 per transaction. Once you hit “Confirm and Pay”, just show the barcode at the cashier to complete the transaction. The amount will be reflected in the app within 5 minutes.

Unlike other top-up channels, you’ll have to pay a fee if you wish to top up by cash. According to the app, there’s a 2% + RM1.00 fee per transaction and it will be deducted from the final top-up amount. If you reload RM100, the fee costs RM2 while a RM250 reload will cost you RM5.

why is my bigpay says incorrect CCV when the CCV is clearly correct? any idea?

I have no problem to use Paywave with BigPay @ Ikea Cafe and Aeon.
I used to get charges from New Zealand unauthorized sources (multiple transactions ranging from RM200 to RM3,000), but since my BigPay balance was low (I think less than RM100), so all charges auto reversed within minutes.
Since there was insufficient fund inside the account, I wonder why the charges can went through? But later auto reversed back...
BigPay then replace me a new card.

PS: In fact it happen twice in 2019 & 2020 and my BigPay card has been replaced twice.

10x Big Points is equivalent to 8%?

RM100 x 10 Big Points = 1000 Big Points / 125 points conversion = RM8 = 8% of RM100? Is this correct?

Anyone having trouble sending money internationally? My transfer just got refunded after a few hours but they kept the rm10 fee. No reason provided. Tried to ask customer support but the queue of 3 people is stuck there for an hour. It's like they only have 1 part time guy working on customer support.

For this kind of broker, they usually only allow to withdraw money to the original source.

Lucky I Only use BP as disposable card for my Netflix and Spotify subscription. Air Asia also dead, no more flying around, no more getting "card" fee waiver.....

Better cancel and issue another CC with low limit for subscription services..

I used to have about 10 cc in the reload list, but most of them already expired and i'm not able to add the new card details, can only delete.
