I have use my AirAsia point to redeem the RM10 BigPay cashback with 1250 points via superapps.

Yes. Totally agreed.
TnC is so uncertain, to receive voucher also can take up to30 days (manual) The superapps is laggy as well. Cant imagine they still call this as 'SUPERAPP' and wanna make this apps as their main income stream...
