Just curious, your double charge is by using pay wave or pin transaction? Last time my amb carz card kena double charged once,i went to branch fill up form. 1 month plus only reversed back the charge.

That day i use at Mac D cashier very excited and surprise ask me what card is this, saying the colour is very beautiful. Lol. I told her ini card Big pay. Sorry OT a bit.

Big Pay sifu, let say pass midnight or wee hour got unauthorized transaction notification what shall we do? BP got no 24h call centre to call one right? Live chat also not yet start. Just press freeze card is it?
