All rebate is calculated on statement date and credited at the same date as well.

I saw someone wrote that it will be credited few days after statement date but it doesn't apply to me.

As shared earlier by other members here, there is a 1% rebate for OCBC Titanium. I managed to get it for using it to reload BigPay, 0.1% on statement date and another 0.9% a few days later.

As for credit card collection, I asked OCBC to send the card to me during application and I received it, no problem with that.

I have the same problem as you. My card is expiring this month. When I tried to activate my new card, it kept saying that the CVC or expiry date is incorrect. I have checked that the CVC is correct and tried multiple times and still got the same error message. I managed to contact CS earlier after trying for a few days and the queue was damn long. I was asked to provide a selfie of me holding my IC. They were very particular about the selfie. I got rejected multiple times because the IC was not clear, my face was partly covered by the IC etc. I was asked to wait for someone to contact me in a few working days. What a frustrating experience just to activate the card.

That is bad. Why BigPay can't even get something as simple as card renewal done right?

Their team is working on fixing the issue for all their users now.

My card is not yet activated. I was asked to wait for them to contact me but until today, I have not heard from them yet.
