i waited 2 months and the card just arrived last Saturday
2 months before expiry got the new card
but i havent activate it yet

Yes... 2 issues that I suspect cause my cards to unable to reload.
1. As you mentioned, same card use to reload different bigpay accounts
2. Successive top ups on bigpay with same credit card

The chat with Bigpay is not helpful....

According to the tracking number, my card was already printed since last week waiting at KL. I wonder why AirAsia doesn't bother to mail my card.

Any threads for Wise? Actually tempted to apply for their physical card now that they opened up multicurrency accounts again. Only issue is the ease of moving my money back out hmm.gif BigPay has lost my trust with their shitty service and constant downtime.

Since bigpay migrate from mastercard to visa, so bigpay doesn't use mastercard exchange rate anymore?

So wise or bigpay has better exchange rate + fee for making payment in foreign countries now?

Cant seem to get my new bigpay visa wave function to work, everytime i tap at the terminal, it asks to slot in and enter pin instead.

This is for transaction of rm20-50. Havent tried higher amount..

Ive done 2 chip n pin payment prior to this. Just tried just now for my 3rd transaction, still cannot use wave
