I'll just Photoshop. They accept or not I couldn't be bothered. If they want to terminate, just terminate.

IMO they're almost useless now. Only relevant probably to those without any CC, or those who doesn't want any cash back or points but prefer to save on forex.

1. When BIGPAY no limit on topup via credit card, I sure no use online banking. Now, BIGPAY limit 10k, so how I spend 60k in 2months??? I will only topup 18 via online banking to pay for the atm fee.
2. Is that important to argue about the amount I withdraw last year? I say no reach 400k only and already say 3k per withdraw. So, sure >300k and <400k lo. Real figure I will not given.
3. I say 10k is not enough to pay tuition fees, so I never use BIGPAY to pay for it. I only use Amex which 1x points only to pay. ‘No1’ university in Malaysia is not that cheap.

BIGPAY is not that important to me and I welcome them to terminate it.

I remember back in a case where a lady sue Maybank for forfeiting his treatpoint back then, IINM that lady has only RM30-50k credit limit and she accumulate close to 1mil treatpoints within few months by using her personal credit card to pay off his business expense.

End up the lady lost the case because of using personal CC for business usage.

I find it funny that a couple peeps here who had no qualm milking their CC CB dry using BigPay are now saying that BP is useless when it wasn't BP that made any CB adjustment recently.

You guys took full advantage of BP & yet played innocent when BP decided to terminate your card. As mentioned by cybpsych, maybe you guys need to read through the T&C instead of hitting the "I agree" button without a second thought next time? Or maybe just apply some common sense, put yourself in BP's shoe & a thinking cap & ask yourself if you want people to use your card the way it should be used rather than using it purely as a medium to squeeze CC CB dry?

BP isn't perfect but c'mon, don't act like your post history is invisible among these 800 pages thread. You wanna game the system, don't cry when the system game over you.

i think there is a TnC whereby you can't use business related spend on personal cc, but if the amount is not so aware by the bank, normally they just don't care but once it trigger their system, then they will take action

Exactly, looking at the forumer was ban, he must be abusing something which we do not know in details. So far i'm using own credit card and doesn't have any issue currently.

BP not important to u know is because they block you and u no longer able to benefit from it. Previously its important because u can earn a lot airmiles/points/benefits from that level of abuse.

At the end, everybody having less benefit now.

After 8jul is useless to me lah. Thanks for them terminate me only after 8jul. If they had limit 10k at the beginning, all of these will not happen. Btw I still have bigpay card (no block) in my wallet. So, I still can use bp.

no problems with Visa/MC, but no point deposit BP now...

all people were greedy but to what level only.

I received the email yesterday and provided the document they needed.
I received their replied today can continue to use the card.
The representative said as long as you can explain the reason of withdrawal, they won't simply terminate the account. And not advise to reload bigpay using the credit card not under ours name.

Barcelona Visa, over the weekend. Got declined.

My BP card spent about 20k last 2 months for purchasing new furniture, airconds etc..
they never notify any abnormality nor risk detected.

probably to them, people who withdrawal alots considered risk to their company profit.
risk to customer spending and account protection is nothing.
