It seem the system kantoi on bigpay side, please screenshot all the transaction and contact them.

Contacting bigpay is a pain in arse, and the chatroom system do not provide notification and i have to wait until i get my queue.

I have 8 transactions and i have to screenshot one by one to them, let's see how fast they going to resolve.

I don't know what is the best way to solve all this, i have 8 and it took me a while to check through, instead of relying on the system and now i have to manual check one by one. rclxub.gif

Perhaps u should download as excel then email to them, again i don't know their email address. Even the contact problem is a big hassle and long waiting time.

With this sour experience on their system hiccup, and in future without benefit, i might as well give up and move to credit card.

I feel the previous version is good enough, i rather they focus on back end solution rather than interface change. Now i have to adapt the new version and the icon is way too small.

Bigpay cannot use on shopee? tried twice and both failed as way, check bigpay and it show both transactions were reversed

It was first time where i buy from shopee using bigpay, key in details twice and yet failed.

Give up and use other credit card, work perfectly fine after that. Bigpay recently has too many issue.

Reported the case and settle within 5-7 working days, u should contact CS and let them know the transaction one by one.

The rate is much lower than money changer here!

Last i check midvalley rate is selling about 3.755 for 100 yen, if using your rate is about 3.745, saving about RM10 like that

i just checked back on dec transactions

9 Dec transactions remain pending, while 10 Dec transactions already settled.
17 Dec transaction remain pending, while 19 Dec transaction already settled.

Similar situation happened again for this month doh.gif
