Good, share more on sarawak rclxms.gif For Public bank, i thought someone already shared not to withdraw from public bank atm? Takes 15mins to withdraw right.

2 Credit card to 1 big pay cards works fine. The question is asking whether the same 1 credit card able to top up into 2 big pay cards. laugh.gif

There was an update to the app this morning, so I update it and found that my big point figure is not showing. Then notice a button, press prompt to enter email and password to link big point but show something is wrong and try again later. What happened? Did anyone have this issue too?

You can top up with any international Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately American Express is not supported as a top up source for BigPay For foreign cards or currencies you will have to check with your issuing bank on their rates and fees as it differs from bank to bank.

Not sure when is the start date you applied but last week was probably public holiday for them. so maybe delay in sending. I got mine in 3 days, no holiday crossed(west to east). Patiently waiting for few days more maybe sweat.gif

Yes, it has been like that since early this year. The missing points most likely cause by multiple transaction (2~4) of the same catergory transaction (e.g 1st topup, 2nd topup; 1st boost, 2nd topup, 3rd boost; etc) in one day or continuously for a few days (e.g 2~4). Its seems like big point transaction are grouped together.. On my experience, it has already happened on 4 different occasion.

And if the transaction status is read as SETTLED but points still does not up then can move on from the missing points as its common issue by airasia big loyalty sync but not bigpay. Or else you can claim back from airasia.
