Yeah....true...for such rare occassion pennies can do wonder, my friend once told me he paid 0 pennies when there is 0 fare promotion.

I found out the duration from pending to settle improved a lot recently, most my recent purchase in foreign and local currency settled within two days, keep it up big pay, I know u guys are working hard!

usually zero fare is applicable to the ticket price only. one still need to pay for the taxes and fees.

I suppose most online payment is affected ? This is not good though as we all know payment to Boost is down for more than 12 hours already.

Few years back there were so frequent 0 fare, and much easier to secure a seat too.
I once booked 3 destinations during the same 0 fare promo, if I recall correctly to Bali, Bangkok and Phuket. Think taxes were about RM 50 for each destination.

those who used to keep your account at RM0 must make sure you wait until your foreign and petrol transaction become settled then only withdraw the money till RM0.
once it trigger to -ve then you are being monitored by BP and this is not a good sign if your spending is less than the withdraw total.

Any evidence on being monitored? Or you're just speculating?

this is not speculating, their system got program to know who is owing them money and this is not a good sign to trigger the -ve in your balance.

Is it affected the usage of BigPay card too? No OTP transaction via Boost was rejectes by BigPay since yestersay afternoon.

Hmm, that's strange. Let me ask if we have a known issue.

Of course need to pay taxes n applicable fees. Even i use Enrich points redemption also needs to pay taxes n fees. Not sure about Big points redemption needs to pay tax or not or Big points can use to offset it???
