Is it affected the usage of BigPay card too? No OTP transaction via Boost was rejectes by BigPay since yestersay afternoon.

Hmm, that's strange. Let me ask if we have a known issue.

Of course need to pay taxes n applicable fees. Even i use Enrich points redemption also needs to pay taxes n fees. Not sure about Big points redemption needs to pay tax or not or Big points can use to offset it???

do i need to pay a fee to get BP card with contactless feature? or its FOC to change?

btw, what kind of "official receipt" format you need?

pay thru bank's internet banking/fpx/jompay acceptable? cuz these doesnt provide full tax invoice. just simplified receipt.

Seems like... Boost is potentially blocking BigPay as a top up source. Which is a bit of a low blow, but that's fine. You guys can complain directly to them Meanwhile, I'll see if we can add Boost as a top-up source for BigPay haha.

which wallet app produce receipt after payment?

Attempted to make AA booking since yesterday and it always mention something went wrong. The booking is unsuccessful. Redeem of 17000 Big Points disappear (with equal to RM170 cash) for few hours.

is it something wrong with BigPay or AA's Payment?

BTW, there is no Name shown on Bigpay card. What am i suppose to key in the "Name on Card"?
