BigPayJonathan , It'd be cool if there's a way for users to suggest, vote & comment on wanted features directly from the BigPay app.. Similar to how Outlook app does it..

Is BigPay ok now? my friend activated the card today n received RM10 referral rewards. I see my referral rewards shown additional 1 user activated too.. but I didn’t receive the referral reward, I check the whole list, the total activated referral is not tally with the referral rewards received. So, confirmed I didn’t receive the RM10 referral rewards from my friend who activated today n I confirm he used my referral code.

My friend try to link big point acc too, but can’t link n shown something went wrong n try again later.

just received a call from BigPay at this hour. whether or not accidental transactions, i realised there's no way for me to prove it but what we know for sure is there are indeed transaction records that are missing and thus the big issue. they have acknowledged that there are transactions records that are missing from the app and are working on it.

do note that i still think BigPay is a good card and can further improve on the delivery of their service. as such, i have decided to accept their explanation and move on from this episode.

i got tonnes of questions on boost, but dont know ask who, end up self explore with trial and error. Luckily manageable.

Edit: under Bigpay transactions, the failed attempts are listed there with strikethrough, but funds were NOT deducted...phew

Tried to top up my Lazada wallet also failed. Is it system-wide down for BigPay?
