try use apps in the future, i got proof that total RM6 was deducted 2 X Bigpay Meal and 1 X Bigpay Baggage Discount with Premium Flex fare.

Got to reconfirm with BP as the add on discount should be applicable to both AA apps or website as per fare, since no exclusion mentioned in TnC if not mistaken.

I’ve made a puchase on Lazada, but unfortunately, it was refunded by them for more than 7 working days.

On bigpay app, it says settled and no signs of any refund. While Lazada claimed that it has been refunded. Anyone experience such an issue?

When did you receive refund notice from Lazada?

I was feeling weird also as first time bought Premium Flex fares, previously all got discount with older generation Tune Money cards for low fares / Value Pack category. Only shown RM 2 baggage discount as I add on further 5 kgs on top of the complimentary 20kgs. On the other hand, no meal discount as I don't add on further meals since it is included in the fares as well for a set of meal.

Meal / bag discounts should apply both on AA's website and app. Unfortunately, they're the ones who handle the refunds for these cases

If you call our customer hotline and you provide all proofs, should be able to get a refund within 24h.

On the day it was cancel which is 9 days.

how do we get the discount then?

my booking last week also no mention discount for meal (part of premium flex). no additional add-on.

Not sure if you are using Lazada wallet, but they might refunded it to that.

haha, i think just need to make sure using apps to purchase next time, no need wasting time for the refund of RM2-RM6.

Tried to reload boost again using Big Pay at 4.20pm,failed. Reload boost using Stan Chart CC, successful. So confirmed is BP problem.

reloaded tng app with bigpay @ 2:43pm. no issues from both apps.

Yea, I also reattempted to reload Boost with Bigpay at 4.59pm and still failed. Earlier I had no problem with reloading via MBB card.

u need to wait few day and check. Not sure lazada. but taobao took 5 days to refund, Steam game refund took 7 days

You guys should know that one booking entitle to RM32 max discount , right?

Not sure does it work like this but then normally if u choose to go foreign country, you will get charged by RM8 per trip.
So if you booked for 2 persons which will be RM8 x 4 = RM32 fully utilised.

So subsequently those meal and luggage RM2 won't get applied.

I haven't done any purchase before so above is just my assumption. I think Jonathon did mention before.

For buying tickets for overseas, i guess better stick to premier cards as got free insurance in case it happened like MH17....

Big pay got insurance for air tickets or not?

Very basic insurance almost useless.
Still need to buy travel insurance to cover medical and theft.

Some ppl might use Big Pay to purchase so it just informations for them to know there is RM32 to discount.
