you are right, now i just tried to login using another device, manage to top up using aeon big visa
dunno what's the reason     

Just now I top up big amount then fail, after that tried smaller amount and goes through , so I tried again for big amount but it failed, several time. At the end I found out I run out of credit for my credit card, but after I make payment and try top up again, the error message appear before reach the otp page ......

I abit concern after 2 MAY for SCB Cash Back Platinum might be no more cash back .... not sure is true or not because some rules revise , so this month I quickly reload on 1 MAY which before the revise, any1 reload after 2 MAY do let me know that cash back still entitle for BigPay or not

I have 2 Time accounts tied to the same BP card. First Time account got charged accordingly but the second Time account which just had its autodebit subscribed didn't get charged accordingly until yesterday. Funny thing is when I checked Time self-care for the second account, it still shows as unpaid.

I just got off the chat with BP CS to request for the card statement to escalate to Time.

Also, if you just subscribed to Time autodebit with BP card, check for the notorious additional RM1 charge by Time.

looks like BigPay's numbering system may have been compromised i.e. ppl are easily guessing the numbers

think the earlier suggestion to freeze card on app until just before doing your transaction is a good practice

Hmm.. i recently noticed all my latest cash withdrawals did not display the RM6 fee and only show RM4000. I believe the RM6 shd still be deducted or am I getting a wonderful software bug?

I cant tell as i use the card often and is difficult to track those small amounts.. gonna put a reminder for next month credit to cash cycle. Anyone seeing the same thing?

This is the big problem when the app does not display the balance between transactions. For all i knw BPay could have been siphoning a few RMs and id never figure it out lol..

And we really value the feedback we're getting here! This is just phase 1, we have a long-term plan of steady improvements.
