Mostly are HL Bank.

Just now tried at CIMB and can't dispense money and time-out. Hence, balance was deducted and still pending.

The app shows transaction is settled and dispute form has been submitted. The CS replied that they will forward to relevant team to investigate and update me within 60 days.

Will I get lost on such money and they claimed has been dispensed?

Should I also go to CIMB bank and make report?

The transaction was in pending status and now changed to settled....

My ATM withdrawal which was not dispensed out from machine has not been reversed back.

Bigpay claimed needs 60 days charge back from MasterCard

It is almost one month and my ATM withdrawal that not dispensed out from machine is still not reversing into my bigpay cc account.

I worry if they investigated and claimed the money was dispensed...

Yes, I was told to wait up to 60 days which is the procedure of dispute procedure by MasterCard.

Damn.... 60 days...I have yet to get the money but I need to pay first.

How such missing cash was happened?

I scared they can't detect or trace the undispensed cash from ATM and the bank or officer has taken the money which was dispensed to another medium when it happened

Can I call my cc bank to perform chargeback on the deposit placed?

Reason: Deposit placed and withdrawn via ATM, cash didn't dispense from the machine and reported.. 1 month plus no news....

What I meant is, when someone has paid you and he performs chargeback transaction to scam/gain something.
