Seems like now the BP is getting unstable already..
We believed need to proper statement on the BP apps or by email so that we can check for each transactions with big point. |

Today is it web transactions are down?
I try to arrange payment for the insurance, but it fail with "Transaction not permitted to issuer/cardholder". Is it something wrong for the BP Or insurance side? Damn.. almost monthly always like that.. |

BigPayJonathan, Hello! My credit balance still enough to deduct. How come I already do the transactions more than twice already with the same merchant and same amount, but yet still show "Transaction not permitted to issuer/cardholder"?
Every month I need to call manually deductions? |
