Don't expect too much their services especially you are in Malaysia.
Everything you need to call and follow up regarding the missing amount or rewards.

Customers are need to "feed spoon" to the company for dispute about your problems.

Perhaps too many people apply BP already.
And this will cause slow to solve the problem.

I remember last time I call BP call center several time, straight away engage with "Nombor ini tidak dapat dihubungi, sila cuba sebentar lagi". shakehead.gif
Seems like their call center need to improve as soon as possible.

Else, people will think "This company stable or not? Sound like Invalid call"..

Seems like now the BP is getting unstable already..
We believed need to proper statement on the BP apps or by email so that we can check for each transactions with big point.

If they seriously close CC topup, I guess I just put in the freezer in the next period of time until CC top up available again.
If forever won't be appear CC top up, I guess many of ppl will terminate the BP.

It is depend management wanna to improve the services. Because everything improve is linked of "money" with "time".
That why their slogan called "Save Money, Save Time".

But I guess you still use for their services, because only they can waived for processing fees during book the flight.
Unless you are willing to pay "processing fees" by using other cc, then go ahead and no comment for it.

Today is it web transactions are down?
I try to arrange payment for the insurance, but it fail with "Transaction not permitted to issuer/cardholder".

Is it something wrong for the BP Or insurance side?
Damn.. almost monthly always like that..

BigPayJonathan, Hello! My credit balance still enough to deduct. How come I already do the transactions more than twice already with the same merchant and same amount, but yet still show "Transaction not permitted to issuer/cardholder"?

Every month I need to call manually deductions?

I got call BP via call center, they say need to do "manually" payment then the next payment will be automatic deductions every month.

So I got call to Allianz perform manually payment, then it is successful. I'm not sure whose the system problem either your BP system or Allianz system.
However, so far I call BP teams.. They say need to check with Allianz.. And then check with Allianz, tell me should refer BP because BP reject payment.

What is this? So throw the ball here and there??

Edited: On Aug, I also call to BP and Allianz teams like this.. Then this month also like this? So is it I need to call every month like this? bangwall.gif

My other credit card almost not permanent use one.. Only have benefit will continue use.. If no benefit for me, will cancel for it.
Maybe after finish utilize the BP, will cancel for this card.

After cancel, then re-apply again BP to get the referral RM10 (rather than nothing)..
