I'm using Maybank Debit card and I always have problem to pay bills at restaurant or shops.... they always say the cant detect my card... sweat.gif
so now thinking to apply a new Debit card...

I want to use for online transactions and confirm can use for all shops...
is Public Bank ING Debit Card a good choice? hmm.gif

anyone know about Eon bank combi debit paypass mastercard? Do it can do online oversea transaction,and will it accept at any merchant that present Mastercard Logo?

Not too sure bout the Public Bank one, but going by the current trend, the 2-Standard Chartered Bank's Master Card Debit seems like a good choice. 7% rebate on petrol purchases, and 5% at major hypermarkets. Lots of rebates there laugh.gif

Look at my signature on card to verify paypal. If you can verify paypal, I believe you should be able to use for other online transaction.

Don't think so. Only the promo with Saadiq is left. I don't think they will continue to have this promo after June 09 coz already rates are coming down and bank margins are getting thinner.

No. It's NOT free. There will be an annual charge of RM8. This account doesn't come with a passbook. A monthly statement will be mailed to you every month but this service will stop once you subscribe to their online statement. They will automatically activate your online banking for you when opening the account and a debit Mastercard will be issued whether you want it or not.
